Positions
Habilitation Technician
Full-Time positions are usually 2nd or 3rd shift and alternating weekends. Part-Time positions may include weekday mornings, 2nd or 3rd shift, or weekends. Starting pay $8.00 - $9.00 per hour, sleepover positions earning $6.00 - $7.00.
Habilitative Services Instructor
Full-Time and Part-Time positions usually late afternoon/evening hours and weekends. Starting pay of $13.00 per hour for Community Inclusion, $8.50 per hour for Respite Care, overnight Respite Care $5.25 and $10 per hour Personal Assistance. Requires some hands-on experience working directly with people who have developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED and a driver’s license valid for use in NC and with a good driving record are required. Related experience and education are preferred.
Prospective employees are asked to provide information relating to their education, employment history, driving record (including proof of a Driver License valid for use in NC), and a medical statement. Offers of employment are conditional upon the verification of background information and passing a drug screening.
